3 Year Varsity Starter at Wide Receiver, also played Defensive Back, Punter and Special Teams Returner. Junior year - 11 TD receptions averaging 31 yards per catch. Central Piedmont 4A All Conference Team. and Winston-Salem Journal All-Northwest Honorable Mention. Senior year - caught 35 passes for 720 yards and 12 TD's, 5 interceptions as a defensive back, 10 kick-off returns for 226 yards, handled punts avg. 34.2 yards per punt. Central Piedmont 4A Conference Team (1996), Conference Player of the Year. One of the top 25 in North Carolina, Winston-Salem Journal's All Northwest Team, Chronicle Player of the Year, North Carolina East - West All-Star Football game as a receiver.

 

                                                                          Basketball

 

3 Year Varsity, Lettered as a guard. Sophomore - named to the David Lash Chronicle JV Holiday Tournament Team and named tournament MVP, went on to play the rest of the season on the varsity team. Junior - 14.6 per game, All Northwest Honorable Mention, All Piedmont 4A Conference Player. Senior - Frank Spencer All Tournament Team, All Northwest Basketball team, All-Central Piedmont 4A Conference Player, Chronicle All City/County.

 

                                                                     Track and Field

 

Track team 3 years, High jump, Long jump, Triple jump and 4x100 relay. Senior - Central Piedmont 4A All-Conference Team (High Jump). Was a member of the State Champion 4xl00 relay team with Andre Chin, Perez Wardlow and Antwan Huges.

 

                                                                     Post High School

 

3 Year letter winner at Wide Receiver. Graduated in 2001, with a BA in Sociology from Wake Forest University.
