                    State Championship Award. December 11, 1998 Carver takes the 3A State Championship,

                     MVP in Championship game.

1998-1999  Piedmont Triad 3A All Conference Award, Player of the year, Had 36 hits,5 forced fumbles and 8

                    fumble recoveries; 12 interceptions; scored 5 TDs on defense and 24 overall. "He is Mr.

                    Everything for us," Keith Wilkes said. "He is very God-gifted. He's not a hard-worker in the

                    weight room, but when they turn on those lights on Friday night, he stands out.

                    Nominated by Prep Star magazine as one of the nation's most Outstanding football prospects for

                    the 1999 season ..

1999-2000  Named one of the States Top 25 players by the Charlotte Observer, All Region, All Area, All

                   Conference ... rushed for 1650 yards and 22 touchdowns ... had 45 tackles, 15 interceptions, eight

                   defensive TDs.

Lashun Played Two years at Southern University, his last year at Southern he rushed for 1000 yards on 216 carries, before transferring to WSSU.
